The word "Inspirata" comes from the root word in Latin, “being-breath-by”, Which sums up life as your experience. A being (you) breath (life) by (the great mystery?!). IBW is a Self healing modality, through your own breath you can vitalize your body, clean up your sub-counsiouss from negative mental and emotional surpressed past experiences by breathing too and trough...eventually letting go into created spacious space to meet up with your always there, personal spirit guides, Loved ones that went over and other Master and supporters of light & love...

The pace and complexity of modern life means that our breathing does not follow a naturally intended pattern and becomes disordered. We breathe; superficially only in the chest, with the use of all kinds of other muscles, hard breathing, long pauses, etc. This mainly happens unconsciously, but it does determine the substances entering our brain and body and have an effect on the experience of life as you experience it. Activation → experience → recovery.
As a self-healing process, IBW uses a specific breathing pattern that clears repressed past traumas, revitalizes the physical, and transforms emotional and mental trauma at the cellular level. Maximum physical and emotional benefits, along with expanded consciousness, are the by products of this energetic alignment process which has its basis in the law of resonance and influence.
The vibration frequency of two objects/dimensions that come into contact will want to be synchronized. When the frequencies are the same, it is called 'resonance'. When a vibration of a stronger or higher frequency connects and influences a lower one, the high frequency will take the lead towards equality at a higher vibrational level. We see this clearly when boiling water, the effect of 2 tuning forks next to each other, the breaking of glass by the voice.
Experience shows that several guided sessions are needed to optimally guide this process in a self-session. This can be done in a private session or during breathing circles with a group of other beginners or BVA practitioners. Every time a new process is touched and cleaned up, which makes natural breathing more active and also has unconsciously positive effects.

Breath Self-Sharing Practitioner
Conscious connected breathing is ideally suited for self-practice.
It works because it works! And with a small number of tips you will soon be on your way.
My advice is to join the breathing circles where everyone is a participant.
Within a simple setting, the structure provides a self healing atmosphere. With an intention, 1 full session (1hr) and a sharing conversation at end, the breath touches us in a personal and direct way.
Being able to practice this way yourself at home, makes it powerful and perfect.
Biology + experience = integration.
To become more experienced for self sessions a breath intensive is available. This training (self-key class) is given in 5 parts in a long weekend ( FRI eve - SUN aft ) focusing on the science supporting IBW. @ Peace of Eden, Rheenendaal- Knysna, SA.
